6.1. What is N1 Marketing MCP?

N1 Marketing MCP is a technology tool developed by N1 Soluciones to facilitate queries, analysis, and reporting on advertising campaigns via authorized connections with Google Ads.

Its purpose is to support analysis, monitoring, and optimization activities for campaigns managed by N1 Soluciones, including the use of artificial intelligence assistants in internal workflows.

Currently, the service is intended for internal use by authorized N1 Soluciones personnel and does not constitute a publicly accessible platform for third parties.

6.2. Access to Google Ads Information

The tool utilizes the official Google Ads API and, where applicable, Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization protocol.

Access may encompass:

• Identifiers, names, and general configuration of advertising accounts.
• Information regarding campaigns, ad groups, and ads.
• Campaign status and configurations.
• Advertising metrics, such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions.
• Targeting and performance data available under authorized scopes.
• Technical identifiers and authorization credentials required to maintain the connection.

Access is strictly limited to Google Ads accounts expressly authorized for N1 Soluciones to provide the corresponding services.

Authorization via Google OAuth does not require N1 Soluciones to know or store the user's Google account password.

6.3. Purposes of Processing

The information obtained is used to:

• Query the status and performance of advertising campaigns.
• Prepare reports and results analysis.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Assist authorized personnel through automation and artificial intelligence tools.
• Verify the technical operation and security of integrations.

In its current version, N1 Marketing MCP provides query and analytical capabilities. It does not provide MCP functions designed to create, modify, or delete advertising campaigns.

Although the technical Google Ads OAuth scope is broader, the operations exposed in this MCP version are restricted to read-only queries.

Data will not be used for purposes outside authorized services nor sold or commercialized as advertiser databases.

6.4. Legal Basis and Responsibilities

Access to Google Ads via OAuth requires authorization from a Google account with the appropriate permissions.

When N1 Soluciones provides advertising analysis or management services to a client, data processing occurs under the contractual relationship, granted authorizations, and applicable instructions.

Depending on the nature of the data and service, N1 Soluciones may act as data controller or data processor, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant contracts.

Technical OAuth authorization does not replace other legal bases and consents that may be required.

6.5. Artificial Intelligence Tools and Third-Party Providers

N1 Marketing MCP may integrate with AI-based assistance and analysis tools, including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's Codex.

When an authorized user requests an analysis through these tools, Google Ads data required to fulfill the request may be transmitted to the respective technology provider.

Such processing must adhere to applicable authorizations, client agreements, provider terms, and data protection regulations.

Additionally, third-party infrastructure, hosting, and technology providers essential for platform operations and security may be involved.

N1 Soluciones does not sell specific Google Ads account data. Disclosure of client data to third parties is restricted to authorized purposes complying with contractual, legal, and Google Ads policy requirements.

Where international transfers of personal data occur, appropriate safeguards required by GDPR will be observed.

6.6. Security and Storage

Connections with Google Ads utilize authorized authentication mechanisms and secure communications.

Technical credentials and OAuth tokens are kept isolated from public application code in restricted-access locations. Operational access to the MCP is protected by authentication and account authorization controls.

Access permissions are restricted to personnel and systems that require them for described purposes.

N1 Soluciones maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data and credentials against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including required encryption standards.

6.7. Data Retention and Deletion

Authorization credentials are retained only as long as necessary to maintain a legitimate, authorized connection, subject to technical requirements.

Queried data may be included in reports, documents, or operational discussions when required to deliver the requested services.

Retention of such results depends on processing purposes, client agreements, statutory obligations, and the terms of utilized technology services.

Upon termination of authorization or when access is no longer required, credentials will be revoked and deleted, except where statutory retention obligations apply.

6.8. Revoking Google Authorization

Authorized users may revoke permissions granted to N1 Marketing MCP at any time from their Google Account security settings:

Revocation prevents the application from continuing to query the Google Ads accounts linked to that authorization.

Additionally, clients may request N1 Soluciones to deactivate their integration and remove authorizations under its control, in accordance with service terms and applicable regulations.

6.9. Rights and Contact

Data subjects may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable, under the GDPR.
